For the new spring season, one of the most overlooked steps for health and wellness, has been the filtration of water. Water quality is beneficial in rural areas for ensuring what ever path to wellness encounters one less issue.

During hard weather days, they can extend beyond 3 days and without cold weather or snow. Rural summer time. comes with variable that can interfere with workout days. If its not extreme heat, torrential rain season, or simply animal time and space must be given, these are the items that have helped continue fitness. While some items are pretty costly, the sustainable value of no/low travel to the gym, membership fees, and expanded Post COVID-19 workout options, investment in these items eventually pays for themselves. Plus most have Affirm pay or over time options.

Power Plate: Home Series

The Power Plate ($1,421.25 - $1,895.00) has been a staple workout item for over a decade. During Beach volleyball foot injury, in 2014 I first learned of equipment as a way to provide low impact weight training and bone mass development. The price has lowered over the years but the effectiveness has still shown its worth till this day. Sure its just data but once you go into the rabbit hole of physical data the smart scale and accompanied app provides, it then allows a great plan of attack on what target areas, foods, and fitness regimes need to be applied for optimum fitness. WalkingPad

The walking pad has been a great option for walking to burn off after meal calories and provide energy exertion during those restless days trapped inside from rain or extreme weather. The $450-$600 walking pad speeds of up to 3.7 mph, it can compactly be tucked away but also pulled out to walk on while watching tv or working from home. More Info

EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) Suit

With variable price points, the EMS suit has been a great alternative for those who don’t have access to a full body gym. The noted as the “"Wearable Gym” lower priced Balancx ($499.00) has been a great option but the higher priced Katalyst ($2,811- $3,435) have been mentioned as the best on the marker (so far).

WIRELESS BLUETOOTH SPEAKER

Not all wireless bluetooth speakers are the same. The power of a bluetooth speaker, take the dance or cleaning soundtrack to another level. A great playlist and great speakers make a difference in focusing on workout or chores and the lack of needing to stop and reconnect the signal. I know most have favorites but the surprise sound, price and bass capability of the extremely small JBL FLip 5 ($89.95-$99.99) was the biggest cheat code ever and its waterproof. More Info
